We are delighted to welcome you to the 1st International Online Conference on Clinical Reports (IOCCR 2025), which will be held online and promoted by the open access MDPI journal Reports (ISSN: 2571-841X; IF: 0.8).
This conference offers a platform for doctors, experts, and medical-related practitioners in the field of medical cases, images, and videos in human medicine to engage in an exchange of ideas and share cutting-edge research findings. The conference will encompass diverse facets of clinical medicine, including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Disaster/Climate Change Medicine;
2. Cancer;
3. Cardiovascular Diseases;
4. Oral Diseases;
5. Orthopedic Surgery.
We are excited to have this opportunity to explore the latest developments and future trends in clinical medicine alongside related practitioners from around the world. Evangelos Fradelos is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Nursing of the University of Thessaly with the subject "Clinical Nursing". He is a graduate of the Nursing Department of the ATEI of Thessaloniki and of the Department of Social and Educational Policy of the University of Peloponnese. He has a postgraduate diploma in "Environment and Health. Management of Environmental Issues with Impact on Health " from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has completed his doctoral dissertation at the Department of Nursing of the University of Peloponnese. In 2021 he completed his postdoctoral research at the Department of Nursing of the University of Peloponnese. He has worked as a Clinical Nurse for thirteen (13) years, including clinical work in Departments and Clinics of Nursing Institutions. He has a total of over one hundred (100) publications in prestigious scientific journals indexed in international databases (Google Scholar; Pubmed; Scopus).

Prof. Ryo Ozuru is a senior assistant professor at Fukuoka University, Japan, specializing in microbiology and bioinformatics. He received a Ph.D. in medical science from Kyushu University, Japan, and contributed to several studies on zoonosis such as the leptospirosis. His current research focuses on understanding the metabolism in Leptospira under different environmental conditions.

The registration for IOCCR 2025 will be free of charge! The registration includes attendance to all conference sessions.
If you are registering several people under the same registration, please do not use the same email address for each person, but their individual university email addresses. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the submission and registration are two separate parts. Only scholars who registered can receive a link to access the conference live streaming. The deadline for registration is 16th March 2025.
Instructions for Authors
Important Deadline
1. Deadline for abstract submission: 15th December 2024.
2. Announcement of oral and poster abstract results: 10th January 2025. You will be notified of the acceptance of an oral/poster presentation in a separate email.
1. The abstract structure should include the introduction, methods, results, and conclusions sections of about 200–300 words in length.
2. All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear, publication-ready English with accurate grammar and spelling.
3. You may submit multiple abstracts. However, only one abstract will be selected for oral presentation.
4. The abstracts submitted to this conference must be original and novel, without prior publication in any journals or it will not be accepted to this conference.
Detailed Requirements:
1. The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the contents of the abstract.
2. Please select only one presenter for each submission. If you would like to change the presenter after submission, please email us accordingly.
Authors are encouraged to prepare a presentation in PowerPoint or similar software, to be displayed online along with the abstract. Slides, if available, will be displayed directly on the website using the proprietary slide viewer at Sciforum.net. Slides can be prepared in exactly the same way as for any traditional conference where research results are presented. Slides should be converted to PDF format prior to submission so that they can be converted for online display.

It is the author's responsibility to identify and declare any personal circumstances or interests that may be perceived as inappropriately influencing the representation or interpretation of clinical research. If there is no conflict, please state "The authors declare no conflicts of interest." This should be conveyed in a separate "Conflict of Interest" statement preceding the "Acknowledgments" and "References" sections at the end of the manuscript. Any financial support for the study must be fully disclosed in the "Acknowledgments" section.
Publication Opportunities
1. Reports Journal Publication
Participants in this conference are cordially invited to contribute a full manuscript to the conference's Special Issue (will update soon), published in Reports (ISSN 2571-841X, Impact Factor 0.8), with a 20% discount on the publication fee. All submitted papers will undergo MDPI’s standard peer-review procedure. The abstracts should be cited and noted on the first page of the paper.
Please note if you have IOAP/association discounts, conference discounts will be combined with IOAP/association discounts. Conference discounts cannot be combined with reviewer vouchers.
2. Proceeding Paper Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference report of The 1st International Online Conference on Clinical Reports in Medical Sciences Forum (ISSN: 2673-9992); if you wish to publish an extended proceeding paper (4-8 pages), please submit it to the same journal after the conference.
Authors are asked to disclose that it is a proceeding paper of the IOCCR 2025 conference paper in their cover letter. Carefully read the rules outlined in the 'Instructions for Authors' on the journal’s website and ensure that your submission adheres to these guidelines.
Proceedings submission deadline: 21st March - 5th May 2025.
Manuscripts for the proceedings issue must be formatted as follows:

S1. Disaster/Climate Change Medicine
~ Climate Change and Infectious Diseases: A deep dive into the specific ways climate change is altering the spread and incidence of infectious diseases, such as malaria, dengue fever, Lyme disease, Zika virus, Leptospirosis, and COVID-19.
~ Public Health Interventions and the role of technology for Climate Change Mitigation: Exploring public health interventions that can help mitigate climate change, such as promoting sustainable transportation, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and promoting healthy diets. The use of technology to monitor climate change impacts, predict disease outbreaks, and develop innovative solutions for climate-related health challenges.

S3. Cardiovascular Diseases
The aim of this session is to discuss recent advances in the diagnosis, tests, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, including coronary artery diseases, cardiac arrhythmias, valvular and myocardial diseases, heart failure, adult congenital heart diseases, and aortic and peripheral vascular diseases. This session will accept clinical research not limited to case reports and case series. We welcome contributions from researchers, clinicians, trainees, and medical staff studying all aspects of cardiovascular diseases.
