Lorraine S. Evangelista recently joined the Louise Herrington School of Nursing at Baylor University. She is renowned for her work on biobehavioral, psychosocial, and biological factors influencing psychological well-being, functional health, symptom clusters, self-care behaviors, quality of life, and clinical outcomes in patients with chronic heart failure. She has over 160 papers (H-index=58) and two book chapters and has garnered over $15 million in research funding from the National Institute of Health. She has received several recognitions, including being a fellow of both the American Heart Association and the American Association for Nursing (2010), Distinguished Alumni of the University of the Philippines College of Nursing (2010), Shannon Mentorship Award (2017), and Distinguished Research Lectureship Award from the Western Institute of Nurses (2021), Sigma Theta Tau International Nurse Research Hall of Fame (2021), Katharine Lembright Award for a Distinguish Nurse Researcher (2022) and University of the Philippines International Nursing and Healthcare Forum, International Nurse Award (2022). In 2017, she completed a U.S. Fulbright scholarship in the Philippines to study Filipinos' lifestyle behaviors and risk factors in underserved communities. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of Healthcare MDPI.

Prof. Simona Tecco
Dental School, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, 20132 Milan, Italy
She is actually Associate Professor at the University Vita-Salute San Raffaele, Milano. Prof. Simona Tecco is also abilitated as Full Professor in Odontostomatology (A.S.N. MIUR 2021-2023). In 1999, She was graduated in Dentistry at the University G.D 'Annunzio, Chieti/Pescara. She obtained the Orthodontic Specialization Degree taken at the University “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Rome, in 2006. She obtained the PhD degree in “Odontostomathological Science” taken at the University G.D'Annunzio, Chieti/Pescara, in 2003. In 2009, she obtained a second PhD degree in “Physiology of mastication and dental materials” taken at the University of Torino, with “excellent”, discussing a thesis about the body posture. After graduation, she began her research and professional activity in 1999 in the fields of Orthodontics, Dentofacial Orthopedics, Posture, Pedodontics. On 2015, she was graduated at the Master in “Orthodontics”, University Tor Vergata, Rome. She received many honours and awards for her research activity. At the University Vita-Salute San Raffaele in Milan, she is involved in didactic activity and is currently the teacher of Physio-pathology of masticatory system and Orthodnatodontics in the Degree Course in Dentistry, and teacher of Orthodontics in the Degree Course in Dental Hygiene. She is also clinical consultant of the area of Orthodontics. She is component of the Editorial Board of various Journals. She is author of many researchs and articles in the field of Orthodontics, Paediatric Dentistry, Gnatology.

Dr. James C. L. Chow
Department of Radiation Oncology, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada
Dr. James Chow is a Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Toronto and a Medical Physicist at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. He leads interdisciplinary research on LLM-powered medical chatbots for inclusive cancer education, including the development of RT Bot and IBM Watson-based radiation safety tools. His work focuses on bias-aware AI, patient-centered innovation, and health equity in digital oncology. Dr. Chow has authored over 200 peer-reviewed publications and currently leads a CIHR-funded project on chatbot design for radiotherapy, advancing equitable access to digital health technologies.

IOCH2026 will accept abstracts only. The accepted abstracts will be available online on Sciforum.net during and after the conference.

Important Deadline
Deadline for abstract submission: 26 November 2025.
Deadline for abstract acceptance notification: 26 December 2025.
Announcement of oral and poster abstract results: 26 January 2026; You will be notified of the acceptance of an oral/poster presentation in a separate email.
2. All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear, publication-ready English with accurate grammar and spelling.
3. You may submit multiple abstracts. However, only one abstract will be selected for oral presentation.
4. The abstracts submitted to this conference must be original and novel, without prior publication in any journals or it will not be accepted to this conference.

1. The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the contents of the abstract.
2. Please select only one presenter for each submission. If you would like to change the presenter after submission, please email us accordingly.

Publication Opportunities
Participants in this conference are cordially invited to contribute a research article to the Special Issue, published in Healthcare (ISSN: 2227-9032, Impact Factor: 2.7), with a 20% discount on the publication fee. All submitted papers will undergo MDPI’s standard peer-review procedure. The abstracts should be cited and noted on the first page of the paper.
Please note if you have IOAP/association discounts, conference discounts will be combined with IOAP/association discounts. Conference discounts cannot be combined with reviewer vouchers.
2. Proceeding Paper Publication
You are welcome to submit a proceeding paper (4-8 pages) to Medical Sciences Forum journal (ISSN: 2673-9992) after the conference. Publication of the proceedings will be free of charge. Authors are asked to disclose that it is a proceeding paper of the IOCH2026 conference paper in their cover letter. Please submit your manuscript from 26 March to 9 April 2026. Carefully read the rules outlined in the 'Instructions for Authors' on the journal’s website and ensure that your submission adheres to these guidelines.

S1. Digital Health Adoption and Innovation: A Vision for the Future of Healthcare
This session explores the transformative potential of digital health technologies in reshaping healthcare delivery, access, and equity. We invite contributions that examine the adoption of digital tools such as telemedicine, mobile health applications, wearable devices, and AI-driven solutions, including large language model (LLM)-based medical chatbots.
Special emphasis will be placed on:
* The role of LLMs in enhancing patient communication, triage, and clinical decision support
* Promoting Equality, Diversity, and Identity (EDI) in digital health design and implementation
* Ethical, legal, and social implications of digital health technologies
* Strategies for equitable and responsible digital health adoption
* Interoperability, data governance, and patient privacy
Instructions for Contributors: Submissions should clearly articulate the problem addressed, the digital solution proposed or studied, and its implications for future healthcare systems. We especially welcome interdisciplinary approaches, real-world applications, and discussions on ethical and regulatory considerations, with a focus on inclusivity and patient-centered innovation.
