APEC Business Travel Card Holders
If you hold an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) with the "MYS" code, you can enter Malaysia visa-free for up to 60 days.

Request for eVisa
The eVisa system has been implemented to streamline the application process and make it more convenient for conference attendees to obtain their visas.

To begin your eVisa application, visit the official Malaysian Immigration Department eVisa portal. This portal provides detailed instructions on how to apply, the documents required, and the process to follow.

Request for Visa Application Document(s) - Invitation Letter
If, for visa purposes, you require an invitation letter to allow you to travel to Malaysia, please email ais2025@mdpi.com with the following details for the conference secretariat:
1. Photocopy of your passport;
2. Name (as it appears on your passport);
3. Passport number;
4. Nationality;
5. Date and place of birth;
6. Place of Issue;
7. Date of Issue: dd/mm/yyyy;
8. Expiration Date: dd/mm/yyyy;
9. Country of departure;
10. Job title;
11. Organization;
12. Mailing address;
13. Email.

Please ensure that you have completed your registration and made payment before sending the request for your visa application document(s) to the conference secretariat. The document(s) will be prepared and sent by email. Failure to provide the above information will result in a delay in your invitation letter being sent.

Kindly be informed that all bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card or full payment to secure the room. Otherwise, the system will only hold the booking until 6:00 PM, after which it will be automatically released.

Cancellations or reservation adjustments require a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice prior to your original check-in date.

Morning:
First, visit the National Museum (1-3 hours), a stunning example of traditional Malay architecture featuring distinctive golden-topped white walls. Next, explore the National Mosque (1-3 hours), Southeast Asia's largest mosque that can accommodate up to 8,000 worshippers—truly an impressive sight.

Noon:
The Sultan Abdul Samad Building (1 hour), a colonial-era masterpiece, showcases a unique blend of Arabic-Moorish and Indian architectural styles. For a taste of local culture, head to Petaling Street (1-3 hours), KL's vibrant Chinatown, where red lanterns hang above bustling shops and food stalls.

Afternoon:
After lunch, you will find the Guan Di Temple (1-3 hours) with its characteristic red walls and green tiles. The Sri Mahamariamman Temple (1-3 hours) is also worth visiting for its striking architecture, regardless of your religious background.

Evening:
End your tour at the iconic Petronas Twin Towers (1-3 hours), the world's tallest twin towers. For the perfect photo opportunity, visit between 7 and 10 PM to catch the spectacular musical fountain show in the plaza.

Alternatively, you can begin your morning at Sri Mahamariamman Temple, one of the oldest Hindu temples in Kuala Lumpur, known for its intricate architecture and vibrant, colorful facade that reflects the rich cultural heritage of the city.

Noon:
Savor Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage with dishes like Nasi Lemak, Satay, Char Kway Teow, and Bak Kut Teh. Both Petaling Street and Jalan Alor in today's itinerary are well-known food districts in Kuala Lumpur where you can enjoy your meals.

Afternoon:
Experience the spiritual tranquility of the Dong Zen Temple or immerse yourself in the heritage of the Mah Meri people at the Mah Meri Cultural Village, where you can admire intricate wood carvings and learn about their traditions. Another great option is to explore the grandeur of the Blue Mosque (Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Mosque), one of Southeast Asia’s largest and most striking mosques.
