The registration fee includes attendance to all conference sessions, welcome cocktail, and morning/afternoon coffee breaks.
Participation to the conference is considered final only once the registration fees have been paid. The number of participants is limited: once the number of paid registrations reaches the maximum number of participants, unpaid registrations will be cancelled.
Please note that, in order to finalize the scientific program in due time, at least one registration by anyone of the authors, denoted as Covering Author, is required to cover the presentation and publication of any accepted abstract. Covering Author registration deadline is 20 July 2022. Your abstract will be withdrawn if your registration is not complete by this date.
Authors with multiple contributions: Please note that one author registration will cover only ONE accepted contribution. Authors presenting more than 1 contribution during the event will be charged 25 euro per additional abstract (e.g., 1 author with 2 abstracts: registration fee + 25 euro; 2 authors with 3 abstracts: 2 registration fees + 25 euro; etc.)
Authors and reviewers of IJMS: Please note that the authors and reviewers of IJMS from the last 5 years will receive a 15% discount on the registration fees. This discount is not immediate, so you need to add the code AUT/REV-ISFMS2022 during your registration process. For any question or doubt, please send us an email to isfms@mdpi.com.
Certificate of Attendance: After the event, the participants of ISFMS2022 will be able to download an electronic Certificate of Attendance by log-in at their Sciforum personal account. Once you're logged-in, go to your profile and click on 'My certificates'. A list of all Sciforum events you've attended is available and you simply have to click on "Download" next to the correct event.
Conference Dinner: A Social Dinner will be served on Thursday, 8 September at 20.30h (further information below). Please note that the conference fee does not include this social event. Therefore, if you plan to attend the dinner, please make sure you select this extra when registering to the conference (Price per person: 50 euro). Anyone wishing to attend the conference social dinner should register and pay at this website before 31 August.

In the unlikely event that MDPI shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. MDPI shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
Photographs and/or video will be taken during the conference
By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the conference’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
