Welcome from the Chair

Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to invite you to the 3rd International Electronic Conference on Microbiology (ECM 2025). ECM 2025 will showcase the latest research on microorganisms, covering a diverse range of topics, including the following:

S1. Gut Microbiota and Health Disease;
S2. Foodborne Pathogens and Food Safety;
S3. Antimicrobial Agents and Resistance;
S4. Emerging Infectious Diseases;
S5. Microbiome and Soil Science;
S6. Microbial Characterization and Bioprocess;
S7. Microbe–Plant Interactions.

Participation in ECM 2025 is free of charge for both authors and attendees. This conference provides an excellent platform for researchers to present their latest findings, engage in direct discussions, and participate in online Q&A sessions.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the conference committee. Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to contribute an extended abstract for the conference proceedings and a slide presentation of their work. Authors of the most outstanding contributions will be invited to submit a full manuscript for potential publication in Microorganisms.

I look forward to your participation in this exciting conference and encourage you to share your latest ideas and research in the field of microbiology.

Kind regards,
Dr. Nico Jehmlich
