Expression of Interest (EoI) to Host an Edition of the Energy Conference Series
The Energy Conference Selection Committee seeks Expressions of Interest (EoI) from universities/institutions/individual scholars to host the next edition of the Energy Conference Series. There is no restriction in the geographic areas considered.

The First Energy Conference was held in 2020 online, which aimed to provide a forum for direct communication between scholars, regarding advanced research and technical content spanning the area of mechanical engineering, with a specific focus on energy issues and thermal sciences in both fundamental and applied engineering sciences. You can find a brief summary of the first edition here.
The International Conference on Energies-Asia Pacific Series will be a brand-new departure, focusing on the Asia Pacific region’s universities/ institutions/ individual scholars. We are committed to providing a platform for more scholars in the Asia Pacific region to exchange ideas. If you are interested in hosting the first edition of ICEAP in Thailand, please Fill in the EoI Application Form and send it to us at iceap2024@mdpi.com. The Selection Committee looks forward to receiving your EoI. Please feel free to forward this call for EoIs to other interested parties.
Please note that the follow-on editions will not be restrained to the topics discussed in previous editions; therefore, new and different topics within the Energy field are sought.
Important Dates
The Energy Conference is organized every two years. The Energy Conference Selection Committee is accepting EoIs to organize editions from 2023 onwards.
Facts
Candidate institutions had better have the ability to host and organize at least a three-day conference with 150–200 participants.
Candidate institutions and MDPI must invite Chairs, Session Chairs, Speakers, and Committee members.
Candidate chairs must determine scientific content, define topics/sessions and programs, and lead the editorial process.
When necessary, and based on the input provided by the local host, MDPI staff will provide administrative support and help to manage the conference website on Sciforum. MDPI staff will also help to edit the abstracts and prepare the conference book and help to design the logos and banners for the conference website, flyers, posters, roll-ups, lanyards, conference bags, etc.
MDPI will further help by promoting the conference edition in all relevant MDPI journals and any other relevant communication channels.
Expression of Interest Instructions

EoI must be submitted as soon as possible and not later than by 31 Auguest 2023. Please direct these EoIs and any inquiries to the selection committee.

The length of the application should not exceed two A4 pages and should include:
Name(s) of the bidder(s), contact details, and a short biography;
Proposed dates for the conference;
Proposed topics for the conference;
The proposed location for the conference with a brief paragraph describing the local amenities that would be available to participants, including its proximity to a reasonably well-served airport.
