The 2nd Physical & Mathematical Sciences Summit——Quantum Artificial Intelligence

The MDPI (China) Physical & Mathematical Sciences Committee was officially established in 2024, with Professor Chang-Pu Sun, an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, serving as its Chairman. The Committee is dedicated to providing scientific strategic guidance and advice to MDPI and promoting cooperation and academic exchanges with the scholarly community. The first MDPI Summit on Physical and Mathematical Sciences was successfully held in 2024, and the second summit will focus on the cutting-edge interdisciplinary field of quantum computing combined with artificial intelligence (AI), while further expanding academic discussions.

As the core of next-generation computing technology, quantum computing is developing rapidly and is expected to trigger a new round of quantum technological revolution. Its integration with AI has given rise to entirely new fields. Quantum circuit models and the quantisation of classical algorithms can efficiently process large-scale data, demonstrating broad application prospects in various sectors, including production, daily life, and economic development. At this summit, we will conduct in-depth discussions—through keynote speeches and oral presentations—on the integration of quantum computing with machine learning algorithms, the application of quantum computing in AI, and the technical challenges and development trends faced by quantum artificial intelligence.

The registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, morning/afternoon coffee breaks and lunches, participation in the conference banquet, and a conference bag. Please note that registration and payment are two separate processes. Please finish the payment after you submit the registration form. Participation in the conference is considered secured only once the registration fees have been paid.

Payment and Invoice: For participants from China, please select CNY as your currency when registering. For overseas participants, please select USD when registering. Please transfer the registration fees to the account below. Regarding VAT invoices for Chinese scholars, after your payment and registration, the conference will send the invoice to the email address on your registration form. Due to the relevant regulations of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, scholars who pay in US dollars are required to sign relevant contracts. Please submit your registration information online first and complete the payment after arriving at the conference site.

Cancellation policy

Participation in the conference is considered secured only once the registration fees have been paid. The number of participants is limited: once the number of paid registrations reaches the maximum number of participants, unpaid registrations will be cancelled.

In the unlikely event that the PMSS 2025 Conference Secretariat shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. The PMSS 2025 Conference Secretariat shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Photographs and/or videos will be taken during the conference
By taking part in this event, you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the conference’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to print them and to use them for online publicity, social media, press releases, and funding applications.
