Abstract: The 1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectra, both in solution and in the solid state, of five 1,2-phenylenediamines have been recorded. Assignment of all the signals has been achieved and chemical shifts and coupling constants determined. When necessary homo- and heteronuclear 2D NMR experiments have been performed.
