1. Complete Registration and Payment: Ensure that you have completed your conference registration and made the necessary payment before requesting visa support documents.

2. Download Visa Application Template: Visit the official visa application website to download the appropriate visa application template for your country. This template will provide you with the specific information required for your visa application.

3. Prepare Required Information: Using the template as a guide, gather the necessary information.

4. Contact the Conference Secretariat: Email isfms@mdpi.com with the following details:
1) A photocopy of your passport
2) The completed visa application template or a list of the specific information required as per the template

5. Pay the Visa Support Document Fee: A fee of JPY 15,000 is required for the preparation of visa support documents. This fee is non-refundable, even if your visa application is not approved. Please register here.

The deadline for requesting visa support documents is 15 July 2025. Failure to provide the required information or to meet the deadline may result in delays or complications with your visa application process.
