Social Event & Banquet - 17th of October                                                50 EUR

The registration fee includes attendance of all conference sessions, morning/afternoon coffee breaks and lunches, conference bag and program book. Please note that the conference fee does not include the social event and banquet on the 17th of October. Therefore, if you plan to attend the social event and banquet, please do make sure to book this in addition to your conference registration on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Participation to the conference is considered final only once the registration fees have been paid. The number of participants is limited, once the number of paid registrations reaches the maximum number of participants, unpaid registrations will be cancelled.

Winners will be awarded 500 Euros with a certificate and a waiver of the registration fees for the Symmetry 2017 conference.
Winners will be notified by 21 July 2017.

 Candidates' requirements:

• Applicants must be postdoctoral fellows or PhD students involved in the symmetry research field.
• The abstract submitted by the applicants must have been previously accepted by the Chairs of the Symmetry 2017 conference.

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

1. A brief description of current and future research.
2. A CV, including a complete list of publications.
3. A recommendation letter from a supervisor, research director or department head, which confirms that the applicant fulfills all the requirements.

We are glad to inform you that a Cocktail Dinner will be held on the 17th of October at Agüelo013, a cutting-edge restaurant specialized in Mediterranean cuisine which, in addition to its emblematic location in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona and its picturesque dining rooms, will make your evening at the restaurant an experience to remember. 

Agüelo013 is located at Carrer Avinyó 37, a street at the heart of the Gothic Quarter and only a couple of minutes away from the must-see avenue Las Ramblas. The restaurant is easily reached from the Conference Venue either by taxi or by Metro. If you were to choose the second option, the easiest way to get there is by taking the Metro Line L3 at Palau Reial Station and leave at Drassaness Metro Station after 9 stops.
