Abstract:
Τhe application of new technologies in telemedicine shows increasing interest aiming at human health. Ιn this work an integrated heart rate and SpO2 monitoring system is presented. A portable device was created with the aim of sending the measurement data, in real time, to a central information system, where the doctor will be able to monitor the measurements related to the patient's health. Low cost components were used for construction, while the entire system is based on open-source software. During the evaluation, the results of the measurements are satisfactory corresponding to the measurements from the commercial instruments that were used.

Dear author(s), Happy New Year 24, Thank you for your contribution to our conference. We have some questions for you, you can read and answer bellow.
Q1. What security measures have been implemented in the information system, especially considering the sensitivity of health-related data?
Q2. Looking ahead, are there any plans for further enhancements or developments in the integrated monitoring system, and how do you envision its potential impact on healthcare practices in the future?

Greetings Mrs Andrea Ruiz-Escudero,
Thank you very much for your constructive questions, we are happy to answer them.
Q1. What security measures have been implemented in the information system, especially considering the sensitivity of health-related data?
For the communication of the device with the central server, HTTPS technology has been used to encrypt the data through a secure communication channel. In addition, on the server, the hard disk is encrypted and the Data Masking technique can be used for the examinee's information. The operating system is based on Ubuntu Linux and supports full disk encryption. Anonymization of data, is done in higher lever (application level) as data are stored.
Q2. Looking ahead, are there any plans for further enhancements or developments in the integrated monitoring system, and how do you envision its potential impact on healthcare practices in the future?
There are plans for the device to be able to work with Lora, so that there is low consumption and long range at the same time. The device presented is an inexpensive but good solution for measuring heart rate and oxygen in blood. With the proliferation of such devices in the population, in people with health problems and also with the help of AI, early prognosis of oxygen and pulse related diseases could be life-saving. This would still have a positive impact in further reducing the prices on such chips, of such uses.
At your disposal for any other questions,
Yours sincerely, on behalf of the authors

Dear author(s), Thank you for your contribution to our conference!!!
We have a question for you, you can read and answer bellow.
Question for Authors:
What could be the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOTs) of integrating Artificial Intelligence algorithms and/or block chain technology on this kind of devices?
What are better candidate species for such studies according to your experience?
REVIEWWWERS'24 participation:
We also invite you to participate in the REVIEWWWERS Workshop, which is now open,
making questions to other authors. The steps are very easy. instructions:
Step(1), Sign in/Login here to Sciforum platform https://login.mdpi.com/login.
Step(2), Go to presetations list [MOL2NET'23 Papers List] https://mol2net-09.sciforum.net/presentations/view.
Step(3), Scroll down papers list and click on one title of the communication you selected.
Step(4), Scroll down and click on Commenting button, post your comment, and click submit.
Step(5), Repeat review process for other papers including across comments in othe conference congresses.
